I learned that facing my fears is one of the most precious gift I could give to myself. Facing fears and not afraid of making mistakes makes me become stronger and better on every circumstances of my life, and most of all, I learned that focusing on my strength and developing it is my greatest weapon in times of trouble whether on workplace or on personal matters.
