The first thing that I've learned from you sir is that there's always a room for improvement and the more we are willing to learn the more knowledge and ideas we will be able to gain, and aside from that, I have a lot's of learning in this subject like handling people well, giving importance to employees, hiring and retaining right people, knowing employees job satisfaction and dealing with employees properly so that they will be committed to the organization. this subject made me realize every employee should be valued and should be treated equally because I've learned that the number one instrument that gives success to the company are the people itself who work harder within the organization and exerted so much efforts and ideas just for the company to benefit  from them, that's why as a future HR Manager, I will always remember that the success of the company will always be based on the people we hire and retain.
